Can I arrive early or leave later than scheduled?
Standard check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. While we’d love to be flexible, early arrivals and late departures cannot be accommodated. This policy ensures our housekeeping team has enough time to properly clean and sanitize the home for each guest. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

What is your cancellation policy?
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their trip against unexpected events, both before and during their stay.

Without Travel Insurance:
If you need to cancel your reservation and the property is not rebooked, any payments made up to the date of cancellation will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]
Because each property is individually owned, reservations cannot be transferred to another rental. Requesting a different home is considered a cancellation.

What should I do if I need maintenance assistance during my stay?
If any issues arise during your visit, please contact us immediately by calling or texting 732-664-1898. We’ll respond promptly to resolve the issue.

Please note: We do not issue refunds or rate adjustments due to unexpected interruptions in services such as power, water, air conditioning, appliances, internet, or cable.

Are tents or canopies allowed on the beach?

Do you allow service animals?
Yes! We welcome trained service animals that assist individuals with disabilities. These animals are not subject to any pet fees. Service dogs must remain under guest control at all times, must be house-trained, and may not be left unattended in the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their service animal.

For homes that are not pet-friendly, and to ensure compliance with legal requirements, we may ask the following:
